SUMMARY:2nd Berlin PhD Conference in Economics
DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to announce the 2nd Berlin PhD Conference in E
 conomics, taking place from July 6 to July 8, 2026.\n\nThe conference aims
  to provide a platform for PhD students from all over the world to get tog
 ether and discuss their research. It is an exceptional opportunity to rece
 ive feedback on your work and connect with fellow researchers.\n\nThe conf
 erence consists of two parallel workshops, divided by fields: Applied Micr
 oeconomics and Microeconomic Theory and Behavioral Economics. The three-da
 y program of each workshop involves seminar presentations, poster sessions
 , and invited keynote lectures by renowned researchers of the respective f
 ields. Application and attendance is restricted to one workshop per partic
 ipant, however there will be opportunities to connect with participants of
  both workshops at a joint conference dinner. Please find detailed submiss

 rent PhD students (at time of submission). In line with our objective to p
 romote the work of early-career researchers we only accept submissions whi
 ch are single-authored or with only junior co-authors (with no co-author h
 aving obtained their doctoral degree earlier than October, 2021).\n\nSubmi
 ssions may take the form of papers or extended abstracts, and we welcome s
 ubmission of early-stage research. Extended abstracts should be no longer 
 thanÂ three pages.  Exception: Berlin based PhD students are highly encour
 aged to apply, but will be assigned to a poster session.\n\n\n\n\n\nÂ \n\n
