SUMMARY:INSIGHTS skills training: Communicating science and creating impact
DESCRIPTION:Schedule I Registration\n\nThe INSIGHTS-project at BSE invites 
 you to its skills training on “Communicating science and creating impact
 ” on November 25, 2022, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. The training aims at all BSE 
 post-docs and PhD-candidates. We especially invite the members of the new 
 BSE cohort to join. It is the basis for further INSIGHTS skills trainings 
 that support you in acquiring and developing skills to communicate and sha
 re your very own insights more impactfully. On top you receive 1 ECTS for 
 participating. In this modular six-hour training, you will get to know the
  basics of good science communication, strategies to communicate your rese
 arch in practice and an idea what communication type suits you. The traini
 ng will include several different participative formats and will be conduc
 ted by the renowned science communication experts Amelio Tornincasa and Mi
 chael Wingens supported by INSIGHTS-member Max Peukert.\n\nThe training ta
 kes place at WZB Berlin Science Center, Reichpietschufer 50, 10785 Berlin 
 in Room B002/3.\n\nTo register for the training, please send a short email
