SUMMARY:INSIGHTS skills training: Communicating science and creating impact
DESCRIPTION:Schedule I Registration\n\nThe INSIGHTS-project at BSE invites 
 you to its skills training on “Communicating science and creating impact
 ”. The training aims at all BSE post-docs and PhD-candidates with one-ye
 ar plus experience. It is the basis for further INSIGHTS skills trainings 
 that support you in acquiring and developing skills to communicate and sha
 re your very own insights more impactfully. On top you receive 1 ECTS for 
 participating.\n\nIn this modular six-hour training, you will get to know 
 the basics of good science communication, strategies to communicate your r
 esearch in practice and an idea what communication type suits you. The tra
 ining will include several different participative formats and will be con
 ducted by the renowned science communication experts Markus Weißkopf and
  Rebecca Winkels supported by INSIGHTS-members Harald Wilkoszewski and Ma
 x Peukert.\n\nThe training takes place on May 13, 2022 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. W
 ZB Berlin Science Center, Reichpietschufer 50, 10785 Berlin in Room B002  
 Please note that the event will take place on-site at WZB following 2G+ ru
 les and the hygiene concept of WZB.\n\nTo register for the training, pleas
