DESCRIPTION:Registration I Timetable\n\nTwitter is the most important socia
 l media channel for research communication. It holds a lot of potential fo
 r connecting with colleagues, fostering your reputation as a researcher, a
 nd promoting your research to a wide audience. But how can you best use Tw
 itter for your own purposes (without wasting too much energy), and how do 
 you deal with the downsides of the medium? \n\nThe INSIGHTS project at BS
 E is pleased to announce its second skills training on "Twitter for Resear
 chers." The training is aimed at  post-docs and PhD students. It is equal
 ly suitable for those with no or already some experience with Twitter. You
  will receive hands-on training on basic Twitter skills, how to develop an
 d implement a personalized strategy for your Twitter channel, and how to d
 eal with pitfalls such as critical discussions and comments. The workshop 
 will be conducted by renowned science communication expert Johanna Barnbec
 k with her colleague Thuy Anh Nguyen, supported by INSIGHTS members Max Pe
 ukert and Harald Wilkoszewski.\n\nTo register for the training, please sen
