DESCRIPTION:The INSIGHTS-project at BSE is delighted to announce its first 
 skills training on “Communicating science and creating impact”. The tr
 aining aims at all BSE post-docs and PhD-candidates with one-year plus exp
 erience. It will be the basis for further INSIGHTS skills trainings that s
 upport you in acquiring and developing skills to communicate and share you
 r very own insights more impactfully.\n\nIn this modular four-hour worksho
 p, you will get to know the basics of good science communication, strategi
 es to communicate your research in practice and an idea what communication
  type suits you.The workshop will include several different participative 
 formats and will be conducted by the renowned science communication expert
 s Markus Weißkopf and Rebecca Winkels supported by INSIGHTS-members Har
 ald Wilkoszewski and Max Peukert.\n\nThe workshop takes place on November 
 5, 2021\n\n9 a.m. – 1 p.m.\n\nRoom B002 at the WZB Berlin Science Center
 , Reichpietschufer 50, 10785 Berlin Please note that the event will take p
