The Structural Labor Workshop 2026 brings together researchers working at the frontier of structural labor economics to present and discuss recent research. The two-day workshop features presentations on topics including career choices, disability insurance, migration, family taxation, labor supply, fertility, household relocation, non-cognitive skills, and retirement dynamics.
The workshop opens on Monday, September 7, with the BAMS Seminar featuring Victoria Prowse (2:00–3:15 pm), followed by the Structural Labor Workshop beginning at 3:15 pm. The programme continues on Tuesday, September 8, with five scientific sessions covering a broad range of current research in labor economics.
