Discussion Paper 

Our work is fundamentally built on the policy outreach of our members' research and draws upon the foundation established by the INSIGHTS project—a four-year transfer initiative jointly led by WZB and DIW Berlin that strengthened dialogue between economic research, policymakers, media, and the public.

We Welcome Your Contributions

While the INSIGHTS project has concluded, we continue to welcome contributions from BSoE members that explore timely questions where economics offers valuable perspectives.

How to Participate

Collaborate with us and share your research through one of these formats:

• INSIGHTS Piece: A short blog (600-1600 words) highlighting the policy outcomes of your study

• INSIGHTS Interview: A recorded video interview with coordinated focus

• INSIGHTS Audio: A 1-2 minute animated video featuring your voice and key research points

• INSIGHTS Visuals: A PDF slide summarizing your work (Problem, Approach, Process, Findings, Impact)
