Experimental economics, Behavioral economics, Applied microeconomics, Text mining
My research interests are behavioral and experimental economics, applied microeconomics, and industrial organization. My research focuses on behavioral aspects like polarization, dishonesty, image concerns, information avoidance, belief updating, etc. Furthermore, I have been interested in communication, market inefficiencies, and markets with asymmetric information. I combine theoretical modeling of individual and firm behavior with laboratory and online experiments. In addition to classic statistical methods, I often use natural language processing (machine learning techniques for text analysis) in my research.
