Description:
This seminar focuses on accounting research in equity valuation, macroeconomics (with a focus on the macro-to-micro literature), and their intersection. We meet for seven three-hour sessions. The first half of the class generally revolves around the discussion of a broader stream of literature. The second half of the class generally revolves around student presentations and discussions of the papers covered in class or their own research.

Exam:
Performance in the course is assessed by class participation, quality of presentation, homework assignments (50%) and a final project (50%).
