Behavioral economics, organizational economics and personnel economics
Anastasia is an ECDF-Professor of Organizational Economics and Future of Work. She holds a PhD in economics and social sciences from the University of Cologne. Her research interests lie in the areas of Personnel and Behavioral Economics. Her current research focuses on the topics of digitalization and leadership and how they affect employees’ motivation. Her research was published in journals such as Management Science, Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization, Journal of Economic Science Organization.
