I'm an applied microeconomist with a research focus on labour economics. In my work I'm interested in determinants of gender inequality and how institutional frameworks impact labour market outcomes. I have obtained my PhD from DIW and Freie Universität Berlin. My work has been published in, among others, American Economic Journal: Applied Economics, The Economic Journal, Journal of Public Economics and Journal of Politics.
