Professor Strausz' research interests lie in the area of (applied) microeconomic theory with a focus on economic settings with asymmetric information. His recent work covers topics in contract theory, optimal organizational design, regulation and product certification. His contributions have appeared in Econometrica, American Economic Review, Journal of Political Economy, Review of Economic Studies, and others.
