This course with Dr. Sascha Vogel (science42 and science birds) combines traditional methods of science communication with modern AI technologies to convey complex scientific content efficiently and comprehensibly. Participants will learn how AI-supported tools such as language models, chat bots or image generators can be used to adapt scientific topics to different target groups.
In addition to an introduction to technical and ethical issues and the limitations of AI in science communication, the course offers practical exercises in which participants can develop their own projects and directly apply the skills they have learnt. The aim is to provide participants with a toolkit to make their communication more effective and innovative and to utilise new formats and media.
