The INSIGHTS-project at BSE invites you to its skills training on “Communicating science and creating impact”. The training aims at all BSE post-docs and PhD-candidates with one-year plus experience. It is the basis for further INSIGHTS skills trainings that support you in acquiring and developing skills to communicate and share your very own insights more impactfully. On top you receive 1 ECTS for participating.
In this modular six-hour training, you will get to know the basics of good science communication, strategies to communicate your research in practice and an idea what communication type suits you. The training will include several different participative formats and will be conducted by the renowned science communication experts Markus Weißkopf and Rebecca Winkels supported by INSIGHTS-members Harald Wilkoszewski and Max Peukert.

Please note that the event will take place on-site at WZB following 2G+ rules and the hygiene concept of WZB.
